BERKELEY – Cal will hold its annual Pro Day for former Golden Bears that are professional football prospects on Tuesday, March 20. The portion of the event open to the public at California Memorial Stadium is scheduled to begin at 11 am PT.

Admission is free and fans can enter the venue through Gate 2 on the north end of the stadium. Signage will direct attendees to open seating areas in Sections EE, F, FF, G, GG and HH. All other sections of the stadium including the field and North Tunnel will be closed to public access.

During the public portion of the event, participants will have the opportunity to be timed in the 40-yard dash, 20 and 60-yard shuttles and 3 cone drill, in addition to going through on-field position work for front office personnel, coaches and scouts from NFL teams.

Other measurable drills held earlier in the day will include the bench press, broad jump and vertical jump. The prospects will also go through a flexibility test and have their height, weight, hand width, arm length and wing span measured.

Former Cal players expected in attendance as participants in the event include Antoine Albert, Darius Allensworth, Jacob Anderson, Matt Anderson, Jeffrey Coprich Jr., Raymond Davison III, Devante Downs, Vic Enwere, Marloshawn Franklin Jr., David Garner, Kyle Kragen, James Looney, Bradley Northnagel, Jordan Veasy and DeVante Wilson.

Looney had a strong showing earlier this month at the NFL Combine when he was the only defensive lineman among a group of 40 at the event to rank in the top 10 within his position group in each of the six measurable skills tests he competed in – 20-yard shuttle (4.37, 2nd), vertical jump (35.5, 3rd), 3 cone drill (7.32, 7th), broad jump (9’5″, T8th), 40-yard dash (4.89, 10th) and bench press (28, T10th).
