Westmont vs Prospect – GSF Boys Soccer 2014

Posted January 30, 2014 by in – The BVAL’s top two teams going at it for the top spot in the league, but it gets even sweeter when it’s a classic rivalry between two schools just down the street from each other.
Both squads spent most of the first half measuring each other out, with neither one giving an inch.
It wouldn’t be till late in the second half when someone would break through…that “someone” being Westmont’s Marco Bravo.
Bravo delivered the decisive blow after receiving a beautiful pass from Devin Castro.
Westmont improved to 7-1-5 (5-0-2 in league)on the season, while the Prospect fell to 9-2-2 (4-1-2).
The two rivals will square off once again for the season finale on February 21st.
