Since this year has been incredibly unpredictable in the NFL I’m going to just get to the point rather than rambling on acting like I know what I’m talking about. For the record, it’s really hard to pick games. One week some teams look great, the next they’re awful. I’m going to keep my analysis short and to the point to not waste any time. Any takers on who can do better? @DDorseyGSF hit me up and let me know your picks. Let’s get to it.

49ers @ Rams- Pick: Rams

Niners looked terrible last week after going on a mini roll in the weeks prior. They showed that they struggle stopping the run. Todd Gurley has been incredible since his debut and I anticipate that he will run for a huge day against an overall soft 49ers defense. This could be closer due to the rivalry but I think the Rams pull it off.

Jets @ Raiders- Pick: Jets

I picked against the Raiders last week and I picked the Jets to win. Both picks let me down. I think this is going to be a really competitive game featuring two top defenses. I think Derek Carr has look fantastic this season but the savvy vets on the defensive side of the ball for Gang Green make it impossible to pick against. And of course, can’t go against Fitzmagic.

Upset Special: Colts @ Panthers- Pick: Colts

This is a very very tough decision here. I am not at all counting out the Panthers and what Super Cam has been doing, but I needed an upset. I think that despite how bad the Colts have been playing that they can score enough points to get the job done this week. Now, I have to give love to Big Play Bene Benwikere and the Panthers secondary that has been so great this season, but remember in 2011 when Andrew Luck tore up Bene and the SJSU secondary at Stanford? History will repeat itself. Give me the Colts to make enough plays to pull off a big win on the road.

Game of the Week: Packers @ Broncos- Pick: Packers

In my blog last week I talked about which undefeated teams were tricking and which were treating. The Broncos are handing out Charlie Brown Halloween rocks and the Packers are giving out full candy bars right now. Aaron Rodgers and company look to be the only team with the chance of beating the Patriots this season, if they can make the Super Bowl, so I don’t see the Broncos holding them back. Peyton Manning will not be able to keep up with the attack of Mr. Rodgers neighborhood despite how good the Broncos defense has been. Go Pack Go!

I’m trying to improve on my 1-3 performance last week, but I must credit the NFL for being incredibly competitive this season. It is one of the best seasons that I have ever seen as a fan. Enjoy the weekend NFL fans!
