Cal Football News: Hansen And Webb Continue To Pick Up Postseason Honors

Athlon Sports Selects Hansen First-Team All-Pac-12 And Names Webb Pac-12 Newcomer Of The Year
BERKELEY – Cal junior wide receiver Chad Hansen and senior quarterback Davis Webb picked up additional postseason honors when Athlon Sports named placed Hansen on its first-team All-Pac-12 squad and named Webb its Pac-12 Newcomer of the Year.
Hansen was previously selected first-team All-Pac-12 by the Associated Press, ESPN.com and Phil Steele after being a second-team choice of the league’s coaches to highlight his postseason honors. Webb was Cal’s Bear Backers Team MVP, a Davey O’Brien National Quarterback Award and Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award semifinalist, and an honorable mention All-Pac-12 pick of the league’s coaches.
