SJSU Beats Cal Poly 34-13

Freshman QB Montel Aaron took control of the Spatans’ offensive issues midway thru the first half finishing with 183 yards on 11 completions out of 17 attempts and three touchdowns.

Defensive tackle Owen Roberts had a career high 10 tackles. But it was LB Frank Ginda who led the defense with 17 tackles.

The SJSU’s backfield showed off Spartan speed racking up 260 yards. Zamore Zigler led all rushers with 121 and a touchdown.
