IAMFitness510 Fitness Sports Performance
IAMTeam IAM 7v7 Elite Football is a spring 7on7 Travel football organization with two programs our 8th Grade and Under Team and our 11th Grade and Under Team. Made up of some of the best High School and Youth Football talent in the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California. The purpose of TeamIAM is player development on and off the playing field, we set the bar high for our student athletes. We are more than just a 7v7 team we are a full circle one stop shop for our players, offering some of the best sports performance training in Northern California. Along with assisting other players and parents with the recruiting/college process as they transition into high school, college and beyond. Last season we had 5 Nike Open Oakland Regional Players, 8 All East Bay players with no player under a 2.5 GPA on both teams last year. We have 15 players who will be attending college next year with a handful of Division 1 players. 2017 season was a great one 2018 is shaping up already to be even better.

Trainer and Owner of IAMFitness510 Fitness Sports Performance Adrian Cooper is native of the Bay Area and has been training and changing life’s over 10 years working with professional athletes to weekend warriors achieving long-term results through constantly, variation of training, proper technique and healthy eating as the foundation. Adrian has worked with people from all different fitness and athletic backgrounds Weight Loss, Weight Gain, Speed Training and Strength Training. IAMFitness510 was created from a lifestyle of daily fitness and healthy eating with athletic base workouts three things Adrian lives by.
