Saint Francis rolls over the Palma Chieftains 28-14
Friday night in Mountain View produced a second win of the season for Saint Francis as they played host to the Palma Chieftains.
The first half for the Lancers saw three touchdowns, including two from a rotating running back team of Cyrus Habibi-Likio and Lutoviko Ahoia. The two powerhouses on the ground combined for a total of 142-yards. Palma managed to get on the board late in the second after quarterback Jack Richardson threw a six yard pass to Emilio Martinez for the touchdown.
In the second half it was all Habibi-Likio, as Ahoia left the game due to an injury in the second quarter. Habibi-Likio would finish with 27 carries for 158-yards and two touchdowns. Palma would get add another touchdown after Richardson found Isaiah Blanco for a 58-yard hookup. But it wouldn’t be enough for the Chieftains as they fell to the Lancers 28-14.
