Wyatt Hansen, Dakari Monroe, Kyle Evans and Jacob Wesson talks about the big win over Palo Alto
The best game of the year so far for GSF, Paly and Mitty went at it and in the end the team with the least mistakes won. It was a pretty even match up but Palo Alto couldn’t execute. Mitty on the other hand was consistently making plays. QB Wyatt Hansen was fearless throughout the night as he led his receivers to the ball, throwing strikes.
But it doesn’t get any easier for Mitty after this thrilling win. They come back home to take on the Padres of Serra who last week defeated a very good Buhach Colony squad all the way in Atwater, CA. That too was a thriller. Serra’s Eric Redwood scored on a two point conversion following a short TD that got them to with in one, 35-34. Redwoods two point run gave the Padres the victory to stay undefeated. Mitty 3-0. Serra 3-0.
If both teams: Serra and Mitty, execute and prevent each other from making big plays, the result could be a tie. Yes, a tie.
