Eric Washington Jr, The founder, owner and operator of Elite Athletes Journey and Express 7v7. Express 7v7 was started in 2016 for high school kids to gain more experience by playing the sport of football. I wanted to build a brotherhood where these young men could learn from each other and talk about the struggles of being a Student Athlete. Everyone of my players is required to attend some sort of community out reach. Whether its feeding the homeless or reading to young kids building quality young men is my number one focus. “Respect The Process”(RTP) is our motto.

Eric Washington Jr. / Founder
Eric Washington Jr is an assistant football coach at College of San Mateo. He attended Woodside High School. Eric was an All State Wide Receiver at CSM before accepting a scholarship to Division 2 Fort Hays State University. With over 15 years of collegiate and high school football experience Coach E has served as a mentor to Green Packers star wide receiver Davante Adams and Fresno State Running back Jordan Mims. He has built a solid coaching reputation in the Bay Area and In 2015 Coach E founded Elite Athletes Journey a footwork and skill specific training company based right here in the heart of Silicon Valley.
