GetSportsFocus.com – “Redemption”may be the theme for the 2013 Milpitas Trojans.
Last season the Trojans just fell short of a league title to Palo Alto, but a strong run in the CCS Playoffs got the Trojans to the Division 1 Championship game. However, their fortune turned once again as they were defeated by San Benito High.
This year, a motivated Milpitas squad will be led by an optimistic core of players like safety David Kruskamp, wide out Trey Hartley and standout running back Squally Canada.
Canada in particular, will be the key to the Trojan’s success.
Rushing for nearly 1000 yard in only seven games last season, the explosive running back has high hopes in setting a new rushing record and getting back to the CCS title game.
