The St. Ignatius Wildcats improved their record to 7-2, 5-1 in league.
Despite not having their starting QB, UC Davis commit Teddye Buchanan, the Wildcats went up 12 to nothing at the half and added another TD to start the fourth quarter. SI’s defense was impressive against the Mitty who’s starting QB Shamir Bey was also MIA due to an ankle injury. This is now the third year in a row that SI has beaten the Monarchs. They will host the undefeated Serra Padres to wrap up WCAL next Saturday afternoon, November 9th.
