The GSF Top Dawg #2 Camp went to the final showcase rounds with two well-deserving QBs for the camp’s prestigious “Best QB” award. But only one could get it, and it ended up being between 2023 QB Alexander Atkins of the Serra Padres and 2025 QB from Rocklin High, Dallas Munn. The sophomore who traveled more than 2.5 hours away, a routine he and his father have been on since January, secured his spot as the camp’s most outstanding performer at QB.

Dallas impressed the GSF coaching staff with his attitude, arm, and accuracy. He’s ready for the season to begin, and the camp was a great way to wrap up his weekend warrior routine. For the past months, every weekend, Dallas has been either at a workout, camp, showcase, college visit, or all of the above. During his interview, Munn stated that his favorite player growing up was former Heisman winner and NFL QB Tim Tebow. He aspires to be like him as a dual-threat QB. He also expressed his interest in becoming a Texas Longhorn without hesitation.

With three exciting years ahead of him, only time will tell how great of an athlete he can be. And with a name like “Dallas Munn” people in the media will take a second look just to find out who and what he is all about, and that is an opportunity Dallas is definitely will be ready for.

Dallas Munn is Rocklin’s diamond at QB. Just check out his GSF Top Dawg Highlights. Munn has been impressive since we first met him at a Quick 6 High School 7v7 tournament in January. As you can see later in the video, he picked apart our GSF 5-Star and HEROES teams. But he definitely deserves recognition for his QB skills and sharp competitive spirit.

Now entering his sophomore season, Munn is positioned to attract some college recruiters on campus at Rocklin. He can definitely make things happen and there’s plenty more space for growth, which is a humongous upside.

The Thunders will open up the ’22 Football season on the road at Inderkum HS on August 12th.
