The GSF Top Dawg #2 testing results were independently executed and presented once again by Overtime Performance and XIOS Strength. All of the participants performed the 40-yard Dash, 3-Cone Drill, Vertical, Broad-Jump, and Shuttle under the guidance of experts and up-to-date testing equipment.
Each testing station were monitored and supervised by our trusted GSF Top Dawg Coaches. All athletes were given the opportunity to perform each challenge twice.
