The Countdown Begins: 10 Days Until the 4th Annual Stand Up and Support: Anti-Bullying and Suicide Prevention Senior All-Star Games

San Jose, CA — December 29, 2025 — Today marks Game Day for the 4th Annual GSF Stand Up and Support: Anti-Bullying and Suicide Prevention Senior All-Star Games, Northern California’s premier postseason showcasefor high school football and girls flag football.

After months of preparation, evaluations, practices, and community engagement, the GSF All-Star Experience culminates today with a full slate of competition featuring over 200 senior student-athletes from 100 high schools, representing four Girls Flag Football All-Star teams and four Boys Football All-Star teams. The event received more than 400 nominations from across Northern California and select out-of-state programs.


A Mission Bigger Than Football

The GSF Stand Up and Support Senior All-Star Games are rooted in a purpose-driven mission focused on anti-bullying, mental health awareness, and suicide prevention.

Through competition, storytelling, and athlete-led advocacy, GSF provides a platform where student-athletes are celebrated not only for their talent, but for their leadership, courage, and willingness to use their voices.

Game Day Schedule

The day features five total events, beginning with a fast-paced girls tournament and building toward two marquee boys football matchups.

GSF Rapid Fire Girls 7v7 Tournament

The day kicks off with the GSF Rapid Fire Girls 7v7 Tournament, a four-team showcase featuring:

  • GBGB

  • Apex 7v7

  • LSU 7v7

  • Zoom Academy

This tournament highlights elite skill, speed, and competition among some of the top girls 7v7 programs in the region.


Girls Senior All-Star Games

Following the tournament, the spotlight shifts to two Girls Senior All-Star Games, showcasing the growth of girls flag football across Northern California.

  • Game 1: LEGENDS vs. GSF

  • Game 2: HEROES vs. 5-STAR


Boys Football All-Star Games

The final portion of the day features two full-pad boys football All-Star matchups:

  • ICONS vs. 5-STAR

  • Finale: HEROES vs. LEGENDS


Regional Representation

The All-Star teams represent major regions across Northern California:

  • 5-STAR — Santa Clara County

  • ICONS — Central Coast & Monterey County

  • LEGENDS — East Bay & Contra Costa County

  • HEROES — San Francisco & Peninsula

The 5-STAR and HEROES rosters entered Game Day at full capacity, while ICONS and LEGENDS finalized rosters just ahead of kickoff.


Media, Exposure & Production

Game Day coverage includes:

  • BAOSN providing a full livestream broadcast

  • All-Star Films capturing endzone recruiting footage for athletes

  • GSF-produced Public Service Announcements (PSAs) airing throughout the livestream, featuring athlete testimonials addressing bullying, anxiety, depression, and mental health challenges faced by today’s teens
