Christopher dominated their Thursday night showdown with Overfelt 38-8. Junior QB Jaxon Robinson threw three total touchdowns. DE Devin Rios racked up several tackles, along with LB Ray Waller. Rios’ game-changing play in the second quarter, a strip, fumble, and interception that turned into a pick-6, put the game out of reach.

Overfelt’s offense couldn’t do much against the Cougars, which only allowed two long plays throughout the entire game. The Royals’ only score came after Christopher turned the ball over inside their own ten yard line after giving up a safety in the early minutes of the fourth quarter.
