For the third week in a row, Riordan sophomore QB Michael Mitchell Jr. broke and set another record—his latest accomplishment: Most Passing TDs in A Single Game. Mitchell’s record is not just a school but also a WCAL record. He threw six total touchdowns to five different receivers, two to fellow sophomore Cynai Thomas.

Riordan beat Valley Christian 42-17 handing the Warriors their first loss of the season. It was a convincing win for the Crusaders.
